FABRICIO PETRELLI – Executive Chef
What makes a great chef? Dedication, hard work and a passion for creating dishes that please the palates of guests time and time again. But there is more to it than that. Cabo San Lucas has it's fair share of world-class chefs and kitchens but few have a background as geographically diverse as Alexander's Executive Chef, Fabricio Petrelli.
Fabricio started his career in Argentina where he trained for over 10 years. His creations graced the tables of such well known and respected restaurants as Katrine and Bar Chandon in Puerto Madero, Argentina – Capri in Mexico City and La Maison in Aguas Calientes, Mexico. Fabricio arrived in Cabo in 2001 bringing his South American/French/Tropical influenced cuisine to Alexander's. Owner and Chef Alexander Brulhart and Chef Petrelli took the best of their continental creations, and with their passion for gourmet cuisine, the two melded their individual culinary styles into a unique and well rounded menu. The result, rave reviews, repeat customers and a reputation for outstanding food at remarkably affordable prices.
While the menu is extensive, Chef Petrelli takes pride in creating special treats that often cannot be found on the bill of fare. One example of these special surprises is Chef Petrelli's Chocalate Volcano, a warm, flourless chocolate cake with a decadent flow of chocolate lava. Hard to resist and impossible to describe with sufficient panache, chocolate lovers are sure to swoon at a dessert so seductive it may be illegal.
Chef Petrelli is waiting to create a meal that you won't soon forget and will no doubt inspire a repeat visit to this gem on the Cabo San Lucas Marina.
